Sara Lamason | Founder & fCMO
Thank you for being here and considering my small business to serve you! I bring a unique perspective shaped by all three pillars of marketing—agency, corporate, and private company roles. In every position, my passion for understanding consumer behavior, creative and strategy has driven my success. Most recently, I led Marketing Strategy for Domestic Sales at Walt Disney World, a role I truly loved.
However, I felt a deeper calling to make a broader, more meaningful impact to help businesses of all sizes and spend more time with my family. My family is my world. We are active volunteers supporting dog & horse rescues and love spending time with our four-leggers – Annie, Boomer & Topaz, going to the beach and traveling.
After getting creative on how to have more flexibility and offer my skills to businesses, I founded a fractional Chief Marketing Officer company in January 2024. While I knew I wanted to expand services in the future, timing isn’t always what we plan. I couldn’t pass up this opportunity to expand and am excited about how this growing network of professionals will help our clients soar!

My journey in operations and finance began with the Department of Defense, where I spent 15 years as a federal career civilian supporting the Army’s Program Executive Offices for Enterprise Information Systems & Simulation Training and Readiness, as well as the Office of the Secretary of Defense in Requirements & Acquisition Policy management.
In 2024, I felt called to take a new path, transitioning into the private sector as a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for a woman-owned small business in Northern Virginia. After much reflection, I was excited to join forces with Sara at Your CMO Partner to expand into Your Executive Partner, providing strategic operations support to businesses in need.
My loving spouse Joe and our two daughters Olivia & Charlotte are my drive and passion. We love to travel and support all of the animals.
With over 20 years of experience, I’m excited to lead fractional COO services — helping businesses drive operational excellence, streamline processes, and implement growth strategies.
